Where we see hunger, we offer nourishment

Every creative act requires resources to manifest itself; our intention is to provide a rich soil from which art and inspiration may spring. Where we identify hunger of the spirit, we do our best to provide emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical nourishment. We believe in taking good care — of ourselves, our friends, our community, and the world.

Where we see isolation, we foster community

Community is very important to us, and since we're based in different cities all over the country, we're not afraid of a broad definition! Our goal is to address isolation when we encounter it, engaging with new people all the time, while continuing to foster our existing relationships. It is our belief that together we are greater than the sum of our parts; it takes a village, after all, and we never forget that.

Where we see stagnation, we support learning

Learning from everyone and everything around us is one of the ways we keep our perspective "always new." We believe learning is a lifelong commitment, and it's most effective when it's a conversation. By coming together, sharing our information and experiences, and nurturing curiosity in ourselves and others, we truly have an opportunity to build and grow.

Where we see hesitation, we promote empowerment

Confidence in a dream can make miracles happen, and empowering others assists our creative process. We're not afraid of gigantic dreams and vast-reaching visions; if you believe it can be done, we believe we can help. When we notice hesitation or a crisis of confidence or resources impeding the work of others, we make it our job to provide the boost to that first low branch of the tree. We'll give you the tools to climb, if you'll share your thoughts on the view.

When it feels like work, it's time to play

All of our projects incorporate the element of play as a vehicle for discovery. Combining play with intentionality helps us get out of our head and launch into new realms of creativity; it is how we take action, and how we seek solutions. We keep things light and free from judgment in order to shift the focus from achieving results to being creative for its own sake; by aiming to play instead of to please we stay present in the process, allowing our product to evolve organically. It also happens to be a lot of fun!
